How to Get to the Island?

Nusa Penida is a small island on the southeast of Bali Island, one of the most visited places on earth due to its beautiful beaches, nature, and not be missed out. To get to the small island, there some options which are available to take. You can reach the island from Sanur by taking fast boats which cost 125,000 IDR – 175,000 IDR. Another option is taking a public ferry from Padangbai for about 75,000 IDR. If you choose to take a boat from Padangbai, the cost is about 500,000 IDR.

As a famous tourist destination, Nusa Penida has a lot of places where local and foreign visitors can stay. Either it is a modern hotel or based-nature inn, the island will provide them all for you. However, most of the hotels and guesthouses are located on the island’s two bigger towns, Saladan and Toyapakeh. The best way to reach Saladan is taking a route from Sanur and Padangbai by using a boat or ferry. Meanwhile, to reach Toyapakeh, the nearest route to take is from Sanur.
